About me

Hello, I’m Matt (he/they). I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, and Celebrant. I primarily work with Queer, Neurodivergent, and Kink communities and bring lived experience as a member of these communities. I am passionate about mental and sexual health and first began working in these areas in 2007.

I have a private practice in Edinburgh and can see clients both in-person and online. Please note that my office is on the second floor of a listed building that does not have an elevator.

I charge £70 for 1 hour appointments and £105 for 1.5 hour sessions.

I am a Board Member and Trustee of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Clinical Associate of Pink Therapy.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work within their Ethical Framework which can be found here.

I am a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I adhere to their Code of Ethics, which is available here.

I am a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme and I have Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Qualifications

I am qualified to offer therapy for individuals, couples, polyamorous relationships, and groups. I can offer therapy in person, online or by telephone. I am trained to deliver walk and talk therapy.
